Dijon Ginger Butter

8 ounces unsalted butter; softened
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoons fresh ginger; finely grated
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Italian parsley; coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Combine ingredients in order given. Mix thoroughly. Compound butter may be rolled into "logs" with parchment paper and frozen.
