Bacon & Pepper Sauce
pasta, sauces
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 lb lean bacon -- diced
1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
In a small skillet melt the butter and saute the bacon until it is crisp. Add the pepper.
Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and sprinkle with grated Romano cheese.
