Mushroom Meat Sauce

1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic -- chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 1/2 cup cooked tomatoes
1/2 can tomato paste (6 ounce)
1 salt

Sauté the beef, mushrooms, and garlic in the olive oil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Add the cayenne pepper and tomatoes and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the tomato paste and salt to taste. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
