My Cincinnati Five Ways Chili

1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoon onion; minced
3 tablespoon garlic; minced
2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tablespoon cumin; ground
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon cocoa powder; unsweetened
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon oregano; dried
1 teaspoon vinegar; white
1 can kidney beans; 19 oz;drained
1 cooked spaghetti; or other pasta
1 onions; yellow, minced
1 butter
1 cheddar; grated

Brown ground meat, onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add spices, tomato sauce, cocoa powder and vinegar. Simmer on low heat, 1 to 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 Tbsp butter. Fry onions in butter. Reheat drained beans in water and drain.
