Pasta Jambalaya

2 cup chicken; diced
1/2 lb tasso or smoked sausage; chop
1/4 cup green pepper; chopped
1/4 cup red onion; chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 single creole seasoning
1/4 stick butter
1 single grated provolone
1 single grated gouda
1 lb three-colored pasta; cooked

Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter. Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
