Prawn & Garlic Sauce

6 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 salt & pepper
3 oz butter
8 oz peeled prawns
6 teaspoon chopped fresh chives

Heat the oil and the butter until butter is melted. Add garlic and cook gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the prawns, cook gently until heated through. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped chives then pour sauce over hot pasta.
