Hunter's Venison Sausage
meats
4 lb ground venison
4 lb ground pork
2 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon mace
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon all-spice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix venison and pork together. Add approx. 1/2 cup hot water to meat to gain desired texture for sausage press. Add spices and mix well.
