German Applesauce Meatloafmeatloaf 1 1/2 lb ground beef 1/2 lb ground pork 1/2 cup finely diced onion 1 cup applesauce 1 cup bread crumbs 3 tablespoon ketchup 2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Preheat oven to 350'F. Lightly oil a 9x5x3" loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix well. Place the meatloaf mixture in the prepared pan. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Let cool 10-15 minutes. Turn the loaf out of the pan. Slice and serve. |
