3 red chili peppers; fresh or pickled/chopped
2 tablespoon lard; softened
2 tablespoon oil; for frying

1 tablespoon rice wine; or dry sherry
2 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 teaspoon chinese brown vinegar
1 teaspoon rice wine; or dry sherry
1/2 teaspoon m.s.g.; optional
