Fresh Pork Sausage
pork, sausages
10 pounds pork meat
8 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon ground white pepper
2 tablespoons rubbed sage
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon ground hot red pepper
1 pint ice water
