1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning, crushed
3 single chicken breast, *
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon flour, all-purpose
1/2 cup milk, skim
5 oz spinach, frozen **
1 tablespoon pimiento, chopped
