Sesame Chicken With Broccoli
diabetic, main dish, side dish, vegetables
1 cup chicken breast; skinned bonned & cut into
1 cup chicken seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ginger root; minced
2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup onion; chopped
5 tablespoon orange juice; concentrate
1/4 cup water
1 lb broccoli; coarsely chopped
1 lemon
Combine all ingredients except broccoli and lemon in bowl, cover and marinated for at least 30 minutes. Heat wok or skillet over medium hight heat. Stir-fry chicken mixture and broccoli for 15 minutes or until broccoli is just tender. Do not overcook. Serve with fresh lemon wedges. Food Exchange per serving: 1 LEAN-MEAT EXCHANGE + 1 VEGETABLES EXCHANGE 1 FAT EXHANGE(Sesame seeds has some oils), + 1/4 FRUIT EXCHANGE
