Guerrini Chicken Wings
appetizers, bar-b-q, chicken
2 lb to 3 lb chicken wings
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
7 tablespoon cornstarch
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoon flour
2 eggs
5 tablespoon soy sauce
4 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
2 green onions, chopped
1 oil for frying
Mix all ingredients except oil and chicken. Add chicken to mixture and marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally to coat. Deep fry until golden brown.
