Caramel Apple Saladdesserts, salads 8 oz frozen whipped topping - thawed 1 pkg butterscotch pudding mix 8 oz can crushed pineapple with juice 3 cup diced apples 1 cup dry roasted peanuts 1 cup mini marshmallows Mix cool whip, butterscotch pudding and pineapple, with juice, in a bowl. Add peanuts, marshmallows and apples. Stir to mix well. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Makes about 8 servings. |
