Lobster Salad

2 cup lobster meat; cooked
1 lettuce
1/3 cup oil, olive
2 tablespoon vinegar, wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 drop hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon mustard, dry
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cup celery; thinly sliced
1 small onion; minced

Cut lobster meat in pieces, and arrange on lettuce leaves. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over lobster. Chill for 1 hour or more. SOURCE: Southern Living Magazine, May 1974.
