Lo-cal Dressing
low-cal, salads
1 cup plain yogurt
1 centiliter garlic; crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mint; chopped*
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 medium cucumber
Combine all ingredients and mix until blended. Pour over tossed greens. *If using dried mint, decrease to 1/2 t.
