Macaroni Chicken Salad

1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cup cut-up cooked chicken
2 cup cooked macaroni or pasta
2 medium stalks celery chopped (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
1/2 cup cashew halves, if desired

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper until blended. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. 5 servings. Macaroni Chicken-Cantaloupe Salads: Spoon salad onto cantaloupe wedges. From the files of Al Rice, North Pole Alaska. Feb 1994
