Mexican Macaroni Salad

1 cup hellman's real mayonnaise
1/3 cup skim milk
2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
6 drop hot pepper sauce
1 8oz pkg elbow macaroni,
1 cooked & drained
1 16oz can red kidney beans,
1 well drained
1 cup diced part-skim mozzarella
1 cheese (4oz)
