Mustard Yogurt Dressing

1 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

Combine seasonings with 1/4 cup of the yogurt; mix thoroughly. Add to remaining yogurt. Mix well, turn into a small jar, cover, and chill several hours before use. Values per serving: CHO 2 gm., PRO 1 gm., FAT 0, Calories 16, Sodium 148 mg. with salt. Food Exchange per serving: Up to 2 TBSP may be considered "free." (Right, even with the sugar.)
