No Guilt Potato Salad

1 lb cooked unpared red potatoes cubed
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
3 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup low cal ranch dressing
1 pepper to taste

1. Using a rubber scraper, in a medium bowl, combine all ingredients stirring to coat. Refrigerate.
