Oprah's Mock Caesar Salad

20 ml Garlic -- minced 1/4 c Lemon juice 1/4 c Low-sodium soy sauce : Fresh cracked black pepper 3 c Romaine lettuce -- torn 3 c Endive -- torn 1 lg Tomato -- chunked : tb Parmesan
Mix garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce and pepper for the dressing. Toss with lettuces and tomatoes.
