Oregon Blue Cheese Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz carton commercial sour cream
1 1/2 pkg (4-oz ea) blue cheese; - crumbled
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 centiliter garlic; minced
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir until well blended. Cover and chill. Serve over fruit or salad greens.
