Basic Roquefort Dressingcheese/eggs, dressings, favorite, salads 1 cup roquefort (or blue) cheese 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2/3 cup salad oil 2 tablespoon vinegar Mash cheese with a little oil. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and balance of oil. Shake well until creamy. There are lots of recipes, but this is my personal favorite. Enjoy. |
