Potato & Green Bean Salad

1/2 lb green beans; * see note
2 large potatoes; ** see note
2 scallions; sliced ----dressing-----
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 large clove; crushed
1 small red onion; sliced thin into
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
* cut into 2-inch lengths, steamed ** cooked until just soft, peeled, cubed
Combine beans, potatoes, and scallions. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over salad.
