Basil-sesame Dressing
cheese/eggs, dressings, salads
1 garlic clove; minced
3 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon grated parmesan or asiago cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoon chopped italian parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 pepper; to taste
Whisk together all ingredients. Add pepper.
Yield: 3/4 cup.
