Quick Bean Salad With Tuna

7 oz (198g) can of solid light
1 tuna, drained
19 oz (540ml) romano beans, rinsed
1 and drained
1/2 cup thinly sliced or diced red
1 onion
2 italian plum tomatoes in
1 wedges
1/2 cup sliced black olives
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon fresh parsley,finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Break up tuna fish and combine with beans, onions, tomatoes and olives. In separate bowl whisk together lemon juice, parsley and oil. Pour over mixture. Toss to coat and serve. Additional oil and lemon juice may be added if desired. Source: The Toronto Star Newspaper, July 30th, 1996.
