Roquefort Dressing

3 oz roquefort cheese; crumbled
1 tablespoon onion; minced
1 small garlic clove; minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 dash pepper
Combine cheese, onion, and garlic in a small mixing bowl; mix on low speed of electric mixer 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; beat mixture 2 mintues or until smooth. Chill.
Yield: 1-1/2 cups
