3 centiliter garlic minced
1 ancho chile -- briefly
1 toasted and ground in a
1 spice grinder (approx.
1 4 ts)
2 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1 tablespoon gold tequila
3 generous tb chopped pecans
1 salt and pepper to taste
1/4 lb unsalted butter (1 stick).
