6 centiliter garlic, minced
1/2 cup freshly chopped basil
4 tablespoon lightly toasted pine nuts
1 tablespoon white wine
2 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan
1 cheese
1 salt to taste
1 crushed dried red chile to
1 taste
1/2 lb unsalted butter, softened
1 (2 sticks).
