Butter Sauces #4
sauces
4 centiliter garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped fresh oregano
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red chile
1 pepper
2 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon or more gold tequila
1 salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb unsalted butter (2 sticks),
1 softened.
