Chili Dog Sauce

1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 large onions; ground
2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 can 8-oz. tomato sauce water
4 to 5 hot dogs; finely ground
Brown beef and onions; pour off grease. Add rest of ingrdients and simmer until thick. May be frozen.
