Pit Barbeque Sauce

1/2 lb butter
1 pint catsup
1 pint vinegar
1 small bottle
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon onion juice
1 1/2 cloves garlic, fine
1 dash of red pepper
1 dash of black pepper
1 1-3 tbsp salt

rcestershire opped Refrigeration is not necessary. Makes almost 2 quarts.
