Basil-ricotta Sauce

15 oz part skimmed ricotta cheese
1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, diced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes about 3 cups of sauce, enough for about 1 lb. (dry weight) of tubular pasta.
