Root Awakening!
dips, sauces
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup nonfat yogurt
3 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 pepper -- to taste
Make a tangy dip for raw vegetables or a sauce for cooked. Combine all ingredients and serve.
