Barbeque Sauce For Hot Dogs

4 each strips of bacon, finely chopped
1 cup ground beef
1 each onion, finely chopped
1 each clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon barbeque spice
1 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup salad oil
1 each sprig of parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup findely diced celery
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup vinegar
1 pinch oregano, pepper

Saute the bacon, onion, celery and garlic in the oil until golden brown. Add other ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour. Source: Hibachi Barbecue by George E. Engler
