Cider Syrupother sauce 3/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoon cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 2 cup apple cider (not juice) 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 cup margarine Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in saucepan. Stir in apple cider and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil one minute. Blend in margarine. Serve warm. |
