Best: Tahini Dip & Dressing

1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
In small bowl, stir together tahini, lemon juice, oil and water until smooth; stir in garlic, cumin, hot pepper sauce and salt.
