Bc's Orange-tarragon Marinade
marinade
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoon chopped shallots
1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or resealable plastic bag. Makes about 1 1/4 cups
