Cumin-un-lime Marinademarinade 1 1/4 cups beef broth 2/3 cup lime juice 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup cumin; ground 3 tablespoons coriander; ground 5 cloves garlic; minced Mix all ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl. Makes about 2 1/4 cups. Great marinade for beef (tri-tip) and chicken. |
