Bouillabaisse


fish, italian

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 lb tomatoes (canned)
1 8-oz tomato sauce
2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 cup sherry or white wine
2 cup water
1 pinch of dried basic
1 1/2 lb large or med shrimp
3 fish fillets, cut into 1-in
1 pieces
1 lb crabmeat, clams and scall
4 medium lobster tails

Put all ingredients, except the seafoods, in crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-4 hours. Add seafoods, cover and cook an additional 3-4 hours on HIGH. Typed for you by: Loren Martin, Cyberealm BBS Watertown NY 315-786-1120
