Smoked Salmon Mousse

1/2 pound Smoked salmon
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Combine in blender or food processor until smooth. Serve on rye bread, bagels, or crackers, or as a dip.
