Blue Cheese-red Wine Dressing

1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoon wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1 salad greens
1/3 cup crumbled roquefort cheese
3 tablespoon dry red wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash garlic powder
Mash blue or Roquefort cheese with fork. Mix remaining ingredients except salad greens; stir gradually into cheese. Serve over salad greens.
