3 tablespoon coriander; chopped fresh
1/2 cup water
3/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce, low sodium
in blender jar. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. HELPFUL HINTS: Use as a dip for vegetables or crackers. Or try as a topping for various foods, such as rice casserole, stuffed vegetables, or chapati roll-ups.
