Balsamic Vinegrette Dressing

8 tablespoon water
2 cup balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoon dijon mustard; fat free
8 tablespoon lemon juice
4 centiliter garlic; crushed
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon oregano
1 black pepper to taste
2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon parsley; chopped
