1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 pinch cayenne pepper
2 pinch black pepper
