Cucumber Vinaigrette
dressings, spice mix
1 peeled, diced cucumber - in
1 sherry
1 small sprig of dill
1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 pepper; to taste
Recipe by: "Michelle M. Davis" Blend until smooth. Chill. Serve over sliced cucumber.
Serving size = 1 cup 70 calories, 7 g fat, 0 cholestrol
