Lemon Garlic Dressing


dressings

1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup water
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper; optional
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 cucumber; cut in chunks
1 small onion; cut in chunks
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1 tablespoon parsley
