Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole

1 frozen hash browns
16 ounces sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 butter
1/2 cup onion; chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese; grated

Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Season with salt and pepper. Mince onions, and together sour cream, and cream of chicken soup. Pour over potatoes; sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese and butter, that you have cut into cubes. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Posted to the BBQ List by "Fergy" on Apr 27, 1998.
