Raspberry & Walnut Vinaigrette

1/2 teaspoon honey mustard
2 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
1 sea salt to taste
3 tablespoon walnut oil
3 tablespoon oilive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon

In a bowl, whisk together mustard, vinegar, and salt to taste, add the oils in a stream, whisking;whisk until it is emulsified Stir in tarragon. Makes 1/2 cup. ( Fresh fields)
