Red Onion Salad With Avocado Dressing

1 1/2 red onions: sliced
1 1/2 stalks celery: sliced
1/4 lb cherry tomatoes: halved
1/4 lb snow pea pods
1/4 avocado: peeled & chopped
1/2 teaspoon green peppercorns
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Cut onions into thin slices. Slice celery and halve tomatoes. Arrange onions, celery and tomatoes in serving bowl with pea pods. Combine remaining ingredients in food processor or blender and puree.
